These are the terms upon which any user (the "User") agrees to be bound by registering at and using the service miftycoin.com (the "Service") provided by Entevia, LLC (the "Company"), a limited-liability company incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida, USA :

1. Copyright and License: The Company retains the copyright on all the images, web pages, web page layouts, and executable programs pertaining to the Service, and grants to the User a non-exclusive license to use the Service. The User agrees not to reproduce, duplicate or copy any portion of the Service.
2. No Warranty: The User agrees to use the Service "as is"; no warranty, explicit or implied, exists on the performance, reliability or functionality of the Service. Since no passwords are stored in the Service, the User shall not rely on the Service to recover any lost or forgotten passwords.
3. No Monetary Value: The User agrees that, unless an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) or equivalent transaction or offer is made by The Company, digital goods accumulated by using the Service have no monetary value. The User also agrees that there is no promise, explicit or implicit, that such digital goods will have any monetary value in the future.
4. Broker Fees: The User agrees that all transactions, including but not limited to mining rewards and transfers from/to own accounts and from/to external accounts, may be subject to broker fees. Broker fees may account up to 3% of the transaction amount.
5. Privacy and Anonymity: The Service keeps the identity of the users anonymous and there is no way to identify users by retrieving information from the Service's databases. The Company keeps the following information about each user: (i) the user's mobile phone number; and (ii) the IP address of the device that was used to register the user's mobile phone number (kept for only one hour after initial registration). The user's wallet is kept encrypted with a hash key generated from a passphrase provided by the user and kept only at the user's mobile phone; no passphrases or hash keys are stored in the Service's databases.
6. Termination: The User agrees that the Company may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate the User's account or access to the Service. Causes for such termination may include, but not be limited to:
   • Breaches or violations of the Terms of Service or other incorporated agreements or guidelines;
   • Requests by law enforcement or other government agencies;
   • A request by the User to remove his/her account from the Service;
   • Discontinuance or material modification to the Service (or any part thereof);
   • Unexpected technical or security issues or problems;
   • Extended periods of inactivity;
   • Engagement by the User in fraudulent or illegal activities;
   • Nonpayment of any fees owed by the User in connection with the service (when applicable)
